been designed by our Experienced
Staff,
This is something that sets us aside
from many other dealers.
By custom designing, we offer the
New Caravan Buyer a more Unique Caravan
,which can be personalised and colour
co-ordinated to suit .
Many caravan brands or dealers give the
buyer a brochure, with set lay-outs,
limited colours, and very minimal
available options/extras, Expecting the
Buyers to accept the vans that are in
stock. and do not encourage ordering.
Although
our in-stock vans are for sale, our
customers are welcome to order any
model, any lay-out including custom
builds, and have the caravan customised
to suit their needs.

This
is an extensive process that begins
when a New Caravan is first
Ordered..
We
have an appointment with the Buyer,
setting a time where the Sales Staff
can spend a few hours is necessary, to
explain the Sale, and discuss the
inclusions required in the New Caravan,
and any other needs the Buyer
has.
At
This time any Custom Designs will be
hand drawn , colours are chosen, an
order sheet completed, and an approx.
delivery time advised.
Approx
4 weeks before the Delivery Date, the
order is Confirmed with us by the
Manufacturer, and Customer is advised
of the Process.
All
Of Caravan City Sales' New Caravans are
Transported to Lismore on a Purpose
Built Caravan Carrier Truck, by our
Transport Company, MB&D
Haulage.
This
is when the Comprehensive Pre-delivery
Starts...
The
Customers' New Caravan Is Placed in Our
Secure Shed,
We
Fill the Gas bottles, fill the water
tank/s,
Test
all Appliances: Check plumbing and gas
systems, hot water service,
Air-conditioner, entertainment systems,
lighting, power, & batteries...
etc
Then
van is Detailed, and then the Customer
is notified, setting a Date for
Pick-up.The New Caravan will remain in
our shed until the time of Pick-up , it
is secure and under surveillance
.
At
Time of pick-up the customer is given a
course on the use and workings of the
Caravan & all the Items and
appliances fitted, we also offer some
Towing advise, the set-up of Load
Equaliser Systems, and even do a test
tow if requested...
All
of this takes approx 3-4
hours..
